Latest West Ham Injury Report Ahead Of The Game Against United

West Ham’s injury list is the shortest it has been for a long while with just two players currently out of action. Even then, one of those is close to making his comeback for the first team.

Winston Reid has been plagued with knee problems over the past 18 months but he is now finally ready to make his return. The New Zealand international did play during pre-season but it was believed he needed more individual fitness work to get him back playing at the highest level.

The 31-year-old is now expected to step up his comeback for the Under 23s over the next couple of weeks. He could face Middlesbrough on Friday before getting more game time against Sunderland the following week.

Michail Antonio is out for four months with a hamstring injury. The 29-year-old sustained the problem in the opening minutes of the Carabao Cup win against Newport last month. He is expected to be back in January or February at the latest.
