West Ham manager David Moyes “admires” Leicester midfielder Youri Tielemans but the Hammers are not expected to be “frontrunners” for the Belgian international, according to journalist Ben Jacobs.
The CBS Sports reporter claims that the fact that the 24-year-old is available for £25m makes him an absolute “bargain”, but Arsenal and Manchester United are the likeliest to secure his services:
Manchester United and Arsenal continue to pursue Youri Tielemans. 25m is a bargain price. Nothing much in the West Ham links. David Moyes admires Tielemans but Hammers not currently frontrunners. There is no truth in repeated Liverpool links. #LFC have other priorities.

It will be interesting to see what happens with Tielemans in the summer. He will be moving teams due to his contract situation and the midfielder is thought to be very keen on playing in the Champions League, so whoever finishes fourth in the table would have a great chance of signing him.
With West Ham currently three points off Tottenham in the race for the top four, and Arsenal and Manchester United also in touching distance, Irons supporters should not be writing off their chances of securing Tielemans’ signature just yet.
