Inter Milan are interested in re-signing West Ham forward Marko Arnautovic, according to reports in England.
The club’s new manager Antonio Conte is believed to be a fan of the Austrian and is said to be preparing a £30m bid.
The news was met with a mixed reaction from Hammers fans on Twitter, with some keen to cash in while others are not so sure:
You get 30mill I’d bite they’re hands off personally, go and get a decent goalscorer with pace ??

I think Arnie is capable of 20+ goals with the right team and supporters behind him – he is one of the players I would hold onto – or definitely not let go for £30mil!!

Funny the guy just get resettled and the vultures start circling and unsettling the player again

Don’t believe it, but would go for it if true.

Meet his release clause of £45mil and say farewell. Every player has his price. 30 won't get us the striker we need to replace him.

Thirty mill take it

keep him. geezer is quality!

If he wants to go let him go. I'd rather he go now (beginning of transfer window) than it drag on till the last couple of days when we are rushing for a replacement or even worse. January when players are harder to find.

I'd take 30 mil. He's 30 years old now so age isn't on his side. I'd rather spend 30 mil on a younger player with potential.

West Ham reportedly received two bids of over £40m from China for Arnautovic in January so Inter’s potential offer would be a lot lower than they’ve received in the past.
However, the 30-year-old’s form since the beginning of the year has been very disappointing, while supporters have not been impressed by the player’s attempts to force through a move away from the London Stadium.
Although Arnautovic eventually committed his future to the Hammers by signing a new contract back in January, the club may consider cashing in in order to use the funds for other signings this summer.
