West Ham will rival both Chelsea and Tottenham for the signature of Jack Grealish this summer, according to reports.

Aston Villa need to sell their top players this summer after narrowly missing out on promotion back to the Premier League – with the £40 million rated Grealish top of the list to leave.

Villa lost to Fulham in the play-off final last month, and now need to raise £50 million over the next two seasons to help recover from the financial blow of not making it back to the top flight.

Tottenham Hotspur have already lodged a £15 million bid for the 22-year-old, which was not been accepted.

And The Telgegraph say Chelsea and West Ham are now ready to table offers for the former England U21 international as they look to steal Grealish from under the nose of Spurs.

West Ham are keen to land Grealish to provide cover in attacking midfield after star man Manuel Lanzini was ruled out for the whole of next season following a knee injury whilst on international duty with Argentina.

Chelsea are too big admirers in the Villa star, however may be held back in their pursuit due to the managerial situation remaining unclear at Stamford Bridge.
