Former striker turned TV presenter Gary Lineker believes West Ham’s victory against Chelsea yesterday will be a massive boost to the Hammers and manager Manuel Pellegrini.
The Irons boss was under massive pressure heading into the game but following the 1-0 win last night, Lineker took to Twitter to give his reaction to the result:

Pellegrini made some big selection calls in dropping Sebastien Haller and Roberto from the starting line up at Stamford Bridge, and his decision to mix things up certainly paid off.
The Chilean is not out of the woods just yet. The three points moves West Ham up to 13th in the table, but they are still just three points off the bottom three.
The victory should, though, give the players a big confidence boost after seven games without a win, and that should hold them in good stead when they travel to face Wolves on Wednesday night.
