West Ham should complete the signing of Watford centre-back Craig Dawson by Tuesday, according to ExWHUEmployee.
Multiple reports have now confirmed that the 30-year-old is on the verge of a £4m move to the London Stadium and taking to Twitter last night, the reliable insider revealed how far away the deal is to being completed:

After making bids for the likes of Burnley’s James Tarkowski, Fiorentina’s Nikola Milenkovic and Marseille’s Duje Caleta-Car, it appears the Hammers have now opted against making a sizeable investment in a centre-back. They have plumped for a more economical option instead with Dawson. Most of the transfer budget now appears to be devoted to signing either Brentford’s Said Benrahma or Bournemouth’s Joshua King.
At the moment, it seems Benrahma is the likeliest deal with talks progressing over a £20m transfer, plus add-ons, for the Algerian. West Ham previously had a £13m bid rejected for King with Bournemouth demanding around £17.5m for the Norwegian.
