West Ham could take advantage of Slavia Prague being knocked of the Champions League by signing two more of their players, according to ExWHUemployee.

The insider source claims that while Abdallah Sima is still on the club’s radar, the Hammers are also keeping tabs on 20-year-old centre-half David Zima:

“Slavia Prague (where we got Soucek and Coufal from) were knocked out of the Champions League this week. This could present us with some transfer options. Firstly in defence, they have a young defender called David Zima. He is only 20 but has already impressed in the heart of their defence and got himself an international cap. We could explore a deal for him and his fellow teammate Abdallah Sima.”

Sima has been watched by West Ham for some time, with Slavia’s manager Jindrich Trpisovsky revealing last month that the Senegalese forward is “high” on David Moyes’ list of transfer targets. The 20-year-old has also been linked with Arsenal and Manchester United over the past year.

When it comes to Zima, there has been far less speculation about a possible switch to the London Stadium. The defender is a promising young player, having already been capped twice by the Czech Republic at senior level. Compared to the likes of West Ham’s other centre-back targets, though, such as Chelsea’s Kurt Zouma and Fiorentina’s Nikola Milenkovic, he possesses far less experience, having made only 53 first-team appearances.
