David Moyes keen to make Joe Hart’s loan move from Manchester City permanent

West Ham United manager David Moyes is keen to make Joe Hart’s loan move from Manchester City permanent, according to reports.

Despite not being a permanent fixture in the Hammers first-team, Moyes has reportedly been impressed with Hart’s performances and will try keep him at the London Stadium for at next another season.

Hart will be put up for sale by Manchester City upon his return to The Etihad, but West Ham could be given first dibs on buying the 30-year-old shot-stopper.

The Englishman joined West Ham last summer on a season-long loan from City, but has failed to nail down a spot in the starting XI and has often frustrated fans with his erratic performances and tendency for errors.

Hart has kept only four clean sheets in the Premier League this season, the same amount of errors that have directly led to an opposition goal, according to official stats from the Premier League.

Should Hart join West Ham permanently, it could spell the end of Adrian’s time at the London Stadium.

The Spaniard tried to leave the club earlier this season, and is out-of-contract at the end of the campaign.

Everton and Newcastle are amongst a host of clubs said to be interested in the 31-year-old shotstopper.
