Burnley V West Ham: Preview, Predicted XI And Betting Odds

After fielding a very youthful team in the Europa League dead-rubber against Dinamo Zagreb on Thursday evening, West Ham manager David Moyes will recall his big guns for the trip to Turf Moor tomorrow.

The Irons will be facing a Burnley side who lost to fellow strugglers Newcastle last time out but Sean Dyche’s men are always a difficult opponent on their own patch.

In terms of team news, Aaron Cresswell (back) could be in contention to start after returning to training. However, Ben Johnson (hamstring), Ryan Fredericks (groin), Kurt Zouma (hamstring) and Angelo Ogbonna (knee) are all sidelined.

West Ham’s Predicted XI To Play Burnley:

Fabianski, Coufal, Diop, Dawson, Cresswell, Masuaku, Rice, Soucek, Bowen, Antonio, Lanzini

Burnley are expected to have captain Ben Mee (shoulder) back available but there are doubts over Maxwel Cornet (thigh) and Phil Bardsley (knock). Ashley Barnes (thigh) and Dale Stephens (virus) are ruled out.

Burnley’s Predicted XI:

Pope, Lowton, Tarkowski, Mee, Taylor, Gudmundsson, Westwood, Brownhill, McNeil, Wood, Vydra

The bookmakers have West Ham as the favourites with Betfred pricing them at 21/20. A draw is currently 27/10 with Betfair while a victory for Burnley is also 27/10 at Unibet.

Predicted Score – 1-0 to West Ham
