West Ham striker Marko Arnautovic left Molineux on crutches after injuring his right leg in the 3-0 defeat to Wolves last night.
The Austrian was caught by Ruben Neves’ follow through when the Portuguese midfielder cleared the ball on 72 minutes.
Arnautovic had just been recalled to the starting line up after being left out against Bournemouth due to speculation over a move to China.
The forward has also had spells out of the side with knee, back and hamstring problems this season. Fans on Twitter are now worried that he could be out for another extended period:

Arnautovic was pictured with a protective casing around his right foot which doesn’t look too promising.
During the match against Wolves, he tried to continue following the injury but was unable to stand on his injured leg, and was replaced by Javier Hernandez.
The 29-year-old will undergo a scan today to determine the extent of the damage.
