West Ham are lining up an offer for Chelsea forward Armando Broja this summer, according to The Sun journalist Jack Rosser.
The reporter claims that, while Southampton, Arsenal and Borussia Dortmund are also interested in the Albanian international, the Hammers will press ahead with a bid for the player:

Irons boss David Moyes reportedly took note of Broja’s performances against his team this season. The 20-year-old actually made three appearances against West Ham during his time on loan at Southampton.
It is believed that West Ham went as far as making an attempt to sign the Albanian in the January transfer window, along with Southampton, but neither club were successful.
Out of the two teams, the Hammers would be the more attractive destination, as they can offer European football next season, but his choice of clubs could depend on whether Arsenal or Dortmund decide to step up their interest in the striker too.
Chelsea are not expected to make a final decision on Broja’s future until pre-season when manager Thomas Tuchel is given the opportunity to assess his progress in training.
