West Ham defender Angelo Ogbonna chose to express his delight at Michail Antonio’s equaliser against Liverpool by slapping the goalscorer in the face.
It was clearly only a playful slap as shown in a gif shared by the club’s official Twitter account:

However, it got some Hammers fans thinking what would happen if Antonio had scored more than one goal:
Hate to think if you get a hat trick…?

Imagine If Antonio had missed – a punch maybe?

West Ham put in a very good display against the Reds last night, and it could be argued that they were deserving of more than a point.
Manuel Pellegrini’s side have put in some top quality performances against the top 6 at home this season.
Victories over Arsenal and Manchester United, as well as draws versus Chelsea and the Reds, demonstrate the talent in the squad.
The frustrating thing for many supporters, though, is the inconsistency. If they had played as well against teams lower down in the table, they would be a lot higher than 12th at the moment.
