Koch could be available for below €20m
RB Leipzig made a bid of €20m (£17.5m) for the German in the January transfer window, which was rejected at the time by Freiburg.
However, the lack of matches being played in recent weeks due to the health emergency means the Bundesliga club will likely have to sell for below that amount in order to support their finances.
